If you require assistance with the design/operational use of Color-Logic, please log in to the CLIENT LOGIN area on our website, which contains videos on how to get the best use out of Color-Logic. If however you are having issues installing, or getting your Color-Logic system to load, please first review our FAQs – however, should your answers not be found in either our Client Login or FAQ section, please contact us by filling out the form below, stating the nature of your support request. Please provide us with as much information as possible.

* Customers who do not hold a valid S.M.A.R.T program and require technical assistance for de-activating / reinstallation of their existing license purchase, for example, moving FX-Viewer to another computer after a hard drive failure or new computer purchase, or for accessing and downloading their original license installers, will be charged at US$125 per hour (1 hr minimum charge).

IMPORTANT: Please be patient for your Support request to be addressed, as it can take up to 24hrs for a response during busy periods, and due to different geographical time differences.
